Farmer Realizes 50 Percent Increase in Profit With AGGRAND Fertilizer

Redelman used AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer 4-3-3 to plant corn, hay and soybeans in the 2008 growing season.

He tested AGGRAND Liquid 4-3-3 fertilizer on a 20-acre fi eld that had never been planted. The field had to be cleared of trees and shrubs, plowed and fertilized, he said. “The ground was nothing but grass, so it was good for plow-under,” Redelman said. “We never thought it would do anything, but it sure did. I harvested 250 bushels of corn an acre last year in that field. That’s an increase of 95 percent in overall yield over the previous year for a 50 percent increase in overall profit for the season.”

He mixed one gallon of AGGRAND 4-3-3 to 20 gallons of water on a 20-acre alfalfa hay field. Typically, the yield for hay is 99 to 100 bales per acre.

“I got 102 bales per acre,” Redelman said. “I was real happy about it. The hay was nice and green. When I cut the bale open it was nice and green and moist inside, even though the outside faded. All the protein stayed in the stems and leaves of the alfalfa and grass.”

Redelman’s soybean yield increased in 2008 with AGGRAND. “That ground was low on nutrients,” he said. “I sprayed AGGRAND on it a couple of times and my yield was up 10 to 20 bushels an acre. There were more pods on the beanstalks.” READ THE WHOLE STORY HERE.

AGGRAND 4-3-3 Increases

Yields - Profits

Why should you use AGGRAND™ Liquid Natural Fertilizer 4-3-3? To improve your
bottom line. AGGRAND customer John Gore, Bedford, Ind., saw an increase in the number of bales of hay this past summer that raised his income by nearly $3,000. Gore bales and sells his hay to local farmers.

“Producing large quantities of high quality hay can often be difficult, but I’m convinced that the addition of AGGRAND™ Liquid Natural Fertilizer 4-3-3 has made it much more profitable,” Gore said. “Plus the improved plant health, stronger roots, and better drought tolerance when moisture is an issue all add up to a long list of reasons to use more AGGRAND.”

In late summer, Gore cut an 11-acre field of alfalfa and grass mixture – a field that in the past has produced 400 to 500 50-pound bales. “I knew it was going to be good but I was thrilled when it made 979 bales,” he said.

Although the season brought plenty of rainfall, Gore said past experience convinces him commercial fertilizer couldn’t come close to that kind of production. Gore was especially happy when he did the math on his increased hay yield. He charges $6 per bale.

“After using AGGRAND on just this one cutting I produced more than 23,950 pounds more hay,” Gore said. “That means I’ll earn an extra $2,874. When you figure that the cost of the AGGRAND was much less than the commercial fertilizer which is more than $100 an acre in our area, along with the increased production, it is certainly a winning program.”

“ I knew it was going to be good but I was thrilled when it made 979 bales . . . it is certainly a winning program”
– Farmer John Gore

AGGRAND User Gets Record Yield

Versatile, convenient, effective. AGGRAND Natural fertilizers are organically certified liquid nourishment for commercial and private growers of grains, vegetables and flowers.

Farmer Richard Ward of Seaman, Ohio uses a combination of AGGRAND 4-3-3 and AGGRAND Natural Liquid Lime to get the best, tastiest and biggest corn crops.

Ward has used AGGRAND 4-3-3 and AGGRAND Natural Liquid Lime for more than seven years on a variety of crops with great success.

"I've been farming my entire life and I’ve never experienced the consistently impressive results I’ve had with AGGRAND 4-3-3 and AGGRAND Natural Liquid Lime. It exceeds all of my expectations.”

Ward faced many of the pitfalls common to farmers in the 2007 growing season. To begin with, he planted his corn late. The late planting was followed almost immediately by a lot of rain that led to unusually high temperatures for his area in Ohio.

During the hot spell, Ward used a higher concentrate of AGGRAND 4-3-3 and AGGRAND Natural Liquid Lime because he knew he only had time to fertilize once. Using a 200 gallon spray tank mixed with 4 gallons of 4-3-3 and 4 gallons of liquid lime he fertilized the five acres of corn.

“I only needed to fertilize once,” Ward said. “The corn never stopped growing.”

By the Fourth of July the corn was knee high. The third week of July it was chest high and by the first week of August the corn was over his head. The corn tasseled in the first and second week of September and was matured (denting) by the third to fourth week of that month.

"These cobs are as big around as soda pop cans and are 12 to 14 inches long,” Ward said. “The yield was great because there were so many kernels on each cob."

Late Crop Thrives With 4-3-3

One Virginia farmer put AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer 4-3-3 to a rigorous test last summer and was amazed by the results.

Dealer Allen Lawrence, Centreville, Va., planted 28 acres of soybeans at the end of last July. In a drought. “There had been no rain in 28 days,” Lawrence said.

He wanted to find out the difference between planting with chemical fertilizer and AGGRAND 4-3-3 Natural Fertilizer. The acreage he planted had grass growing in it, he said, but he went ahead and planted the soybeans one inch deep.

“The grass seeded before the soybeans were up,” Lawrence said.

He had sprayed the field earlier with AGGRAND 4-3-3, from a 55-gallon barrel he had purchased in 2005. When he saw the grass seeding, he decided to spray a second time, he said. “And the soybeans just popped up,” Lawrence said. “I’ll be, they came up. If I had used conventional fertilizer, I would have ended up plowing it under. I would have gotten nothing.”

All of the conditions – lack of moisture throughout the growing season and planting late – should have kept him from harvesting much on that land, he said.

Typically, Lawrence harvests about 10 to 15 bushels an acre – when his fields are planted on time and there’s favorable weather conditions and enough water.

He harvested 368 bushels of soybeans from the 28-acre plot. “There was no way I was supposed to get any beans out of there,” he said.

His neighbors were skeptical when he planted the soybeans, Lawrence said. They were amazed when they saw his results. “I told them, ‘that’s AGGRAND dude, I’m tellin’ ya.”’

As a Dealer, Lawrence said, he takes the products for granted because he assumed the AGGRAND 4-3-3 would still be effective two years after it had been purchased.

“I am definitely sold on it,” Lawrence said. “I still have about 28 gallons left and I’m planting early this year.”

He has talked to several others nearby who typically use conventional fertilizer, and a couple of them plan to use AGGRAND 4-3-3 Natural Fertilizer next spring.

“It’s unheard of,” Lawrence said. “Nobody goes off the conventional fertilizer. They trust it because they’ve been using it for so long.”

His great results with AGGRAND and the increasing costs of conventional fertilizers are factors in their decision, Lawrence said.

“The price of fertilizer has never been this high,” he said. “AGGRAND is actually cheaper. They’d save about $10 an acre spraying with the AGGRAND.”

He plans to plant corn on the same land next season, he said. “I definitely am looking forward to next year,” Lawrence said.

... I fertilized half of the garden with AGGRAND Natural fertilizer and the other half with my regular commercial fertilizer. The results were absolutely amazing. Green pepper plants which usually would bear three or four pepper per plant were producing as many as eight and nine peppers per plant and had increased the size of the fruit by at least one-third. The tomato plants which normally would grow to a height of three to four feet were up over six feet, had bushed out double their normal size, and then produced at least twice as many tomatoes as the non-AGGRAND fertilized plants with large and better fruit on top of it!  Toby E. Marcovich, Attorney and home gardener

... normally I don't have any ripe tomatoes until at least the last week of July or the first week of August. Today is June 24; I've been eating cherry tomatoes from my vines, and I have more tomatoes, more fully developed than any I've ever been able to grow before. I have changed nothing in the method that I've used to raise these tomatoes other than to use AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer.  Richard Gould, Investment Counselor and home gardener

... the (diseased) avocado tree demonstrated outstanding response to the AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer: new and vibrant growth appeared on the interior of the tree, the interior branches showed vigor and took on a healthy appearance, and small blossoms began to develop. ... AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer overcame the effects of the (preexisting) root fungus and caused the tree to uptake and utilize the fertilizer's nutrient complex ... I now use AGGRAND continually and the tree has almost regained its former vigor and stature.  Dr. Robert Pratt, Organic Chemist

... After using AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer for only a short time, perhaps two applications, it was apparent that the ornaments and flowers underwent a substantial transformation. The plants universally were far more vigorous and had developed a large number of buds and blossoms. The blossoms, as well, remained full and vibrant far longer than we had ever previously experienced. Patrons of the course were enthusiastic in their praise of the appearance of the landscape plants.  Robert Distel, Golf Course Superintendent

... My main uses of AGGRAND, following label instructions, as the only fertilizer for the full growing season, were in four ways:

1. A peach tree that in April looked like it would not be alive at the end of the growing season. The tree is not only alive at the present time but it bore a small crop of peaches.

2. My watermelons have been great with a good yield and have had good taste.

3. I have had an exceptional yield of tomatoes with good taste, and entered a tomato in the Jumbo Tomato Contest at the Iowa State Fair. The tomato weighed in excess of 2.75 pounds and won First Place.

4. A small strawberry patch that came through the winter in poor condition. These are day-neutral berries that bear continuously through the growing season. They not only survived but have produced excellent berries of good size throughout the season. I have been raising these varieties of day-neutrals for several years and this has been the best year for them that I have had.  Bob Davenport, Master Gardener

4-3-3 Beats Miracle Gro™ in Avocado Comparison

A Dealer in Winter Park, Fla. conducted her own growth comparison with two avocado plants.

She started both from seeds. “When they got good roots, I planted them in pots,” the Dealer said. “The smaller one (see photo at right) I planted in Miracle Gro™ potting soil,” she said. The larger plant she placed in regular potting soil and fertilized with a dilution of two ounces of AGGRAND Natural 4-3-Liquid Fertilizer per gallon of water.

“They were sitting in the same place, got the same amount of sun and water,” she said. “I watered them every other week.”

The Dealer reports a “tough winter” in Winter Park. “It got down below freezing one night for six hours,” she said. “I couldn’t bring the plants in, so wrapped them and left them in the porch. The one with AGGRAND fertilizer did better because it was healthier.”

Typically it takes nine months for an avocado to bear fruit. She potted them in July and picked avocadoes from the AGGRAND-fertilized plant in December, she said.
